The MPextended Icon in the windows taskbar has an options menue with the possibility to shutdown the pc, trigger a restart, ...
It would be nice have a message there that is shown if shutdown, restart ect. of the tv-server i triggered while a recording is ongoing or a client uses the tv-service.

Technically, it's certainly possible. However, I'm too busy to implement it myself anytime soon. If someone else implements it, I'm happy to merge it.
