First of all, thank you for this excellent plug-in. It makes the media center look really professional and tend to impress people

I have a few questions/suggestions:

1. When playing an episode and the episode ends, the selection goes back to episode 1 of the current season. I.e if I select and play episode 15, when this ends episode 1 will be selected. Do you have any plans of changing this, it would be very nice (or at least to have as an option).

2. Continous playing. Since I've noticed that a playlist feature seems rather cumbersome to implement, would it be possible to add a continous playing feature of a specific season? For example I start playing episode 5 of a season and it continues to play all the episodes until it reaches the end.

3. Views. Would it be possible for you to add the option to disable certain views? I'm only interested in one view, "all" and would like to disable the others since people tend to mess things up by sidestepping with the arrows on the remote.
