Managed to get most stuff working to my liking but there is one issue that still eludes me.
I am looking for ideas why when a HD or Blu Ray starts the screen is constantly switching between the Mediaportal screen and the TMT3 screen, the HD or Blu Ray DVD playback also keeps restarting, it seems that each application is fighting for the focus, is there a setting I have missed somewhere? (I have already disabled Windows Autoplay as it seems to compete with Mediaportal). Blu Ray and HD discs play back fine in TMT3 without Mediaportal running.
I have noticed that when I have Mediaportal in windowed mode it is constantly stealing the focus and keyboard / mouse input from any application (tried to run G-Force in standalone mode, I have looked for settings within Mediaportal configuration but found nothing that works so far.
Is this a stupid user scenario
or a bug scenario .
Finally I have seen questions regarding starting external apps but no real 'answers' - is it ever likely to be possible to launch something like KM Player or get G-Force to work within Media Portal ( I can not use Mediaportals Codecs because they fail to deliver 5.1 sound via SPDIF - I need to use ffdshow )
