Here the new skin files for PureVisionHD

OK, I will integrate it.
But remember, if skin changes in the future, I will not maintain skin files, only integrate in plugin if someone will provide it.
Few more translations need to be done.
New translations are only English --> French.
If translators give their own language, it will be integrated (and possibily enter in "about tab" hall of fame)
Also, seems like MyExtensions integration doesn't work with File Explorer for the moment, links need to be reworked.
I would prefer to create a new file explorer plugin page in website page, first page was mine at the begining and disappeared.

Please do not integrate in your plugin mpei
PVHD will always be up-to-date, those files are already in the upcoming version PVHD 11.4
