I got MediaPortal reinstalled on a new computer using my networked HDHomeRun. Added the SchedulesDirect plugin and got that working as well.

I have my channels labeled like 600 WRHMDT

In TV server configuration, I can sort the channels by name or number. If I pikc name, I get

0
10
104
106
11
110

If I pick by channel number, I get

80
600
609
81
966
970

because
600 is digital channel 81 20:1
609 is digital channel 81 9:1

Is there any way I can get the channels ordered in numerical order by the cable system channel number?

It seems I was able to figure this out. If you manually sort the channels using the up/down arrow in TVServer, the ordering is maintained in MediaPortal.

Just in case you missed this setting in mp configuration:

    TV - MediaPortal Wiki

see the first screenshot "Select channel by index (non-US)". default is on, means for US you would have to uncheck it.

But maybe this won't help in your special case if channel numer of channel 600 is 80 20:1. But I am not familiar with the us system, so maybe it helps.
