Hi all! My IPTV provider has launched radio streams - exactly the same method as IPTV channels. I have m3u playlist:

    #EXTM3U
#EXTINF:-1,1-1 SmoothJazz PL Smooth Jazz mpga
    udp://@237.1.17.1:1234
    ....
    and so on.
But built-in web-stream radio card in MP cannot play those links. Is there any way to register mpiptvsource.ax for new virtual radio card?

Radio streams should broadcast in TS format, the same as TV. I have no problems playing radio channels. From your station name I guess it is mpga format so this is the reason it is not working for you. I don't think tvserver is currently supporting formats other than TS

    Hi all,

This is my first post (hope not the last) and i like give me thanks to all the people in development of this great piece that as Mediaportal.

    Again thanks to all!!!

I tried to boot iptv pluging in Mediaportal, but i never can do this works well.
    My system:

    - MB Zotac Ion - MiniITX -G-E (Atom 330 + Nvidia Ion)
    - 2 x hard disk Seagate 2,5" 160GB
    - 1 GB mem DDR2 / 667
    - Haupagge USB Stick NOVA-T - HD
    - Windows 7 Ultimate
    - I Only installed Core AVC 1.9.5 + Haali media spliter for H.264 (for nvidia cuda support)

The hard disks are in MB Hardware RAID Stripe mode without problems with Windows 7.
Windows 7 is in fresh installation now.
I tried put IPTV- patch (1.0.2) in fresh install on MP 1.0.2 , but some troubles in installation made me swtich to MP 1.1.0 Beta1, and now MP seems works great less IPTV.
The Terrestrial (TDT) tv channels seems work great
I have various problems with IPTV (for imagenio provider - spain). I can scan channels (is toooo slowww...) seems whithout problems, but when i try to watch i have some hugue problems.
Whe try to watch some iptv channel all the channels are displaced down one third of window. in window mode (all windows in MP) and in full secreen too
    Some channels without sound
Some channels with sound to quickly, like "smurfies" voice .. :)
Some channels wth only horizontal multicolour lines moving, and sound like "smurfies"...
    ...

I guess if someone wants to help me needed much more information (logs, etc..), for try to fix well iptv in MP, so just ask, and i try to give all the info needed.

    Thanks in advance.

PD: Sorry about my poor english

Hi Mikeiko, Velis and others! I have an interest trouble, using IPTV Source filter. So, sometimes, about once per week, some channels are unable to show in MP - it says than unable to build graph. After I manually scan this channell in TV server configuration - scan channels again with playlist unchanged - ip and port of channel are the same - it works again! Any ideas? Logs are attached.
UPD - after reading logs i noticed that the problem is with:
WaitForPMT: Timed out waiting for PMT after 5 seconds. Increase the PMT timeout value?
2010-02-13 15:38:29.156250 [(11)]: Setting to 0 to search for new PMT.

it seems that it is not MPIPTVSourceFilter problem. Have posted my question in SVN thread. Sorry.

Seems that your provider is changing pids frequently so there is need to rescan channels again. Currently, the only workaround available is rescan everything

AW: Finally working IP-TV solution for TV Server!

    Hi!

I try to use MediaPortal (1.1.0 RC-1 rev25080) for IPTV with my DSL-Provider "Alice", which functions flawlessly using VLC or ProgDVB.

With Mediaportal i can only preview and watch the HD-streams (UDP), but not the SD-streams (RTP), there's only stuttering sound and no picture. Which codecs should one use for SD?

    bye, cpt crunch

I´m facing exactly the same problem here. Using Alice/Hansenet HD Streams working well, SD just stuttering sound and no picture. Anyone got a hint?

Thanx! Any ideas how to scan channels manually outside MP and get those PID's? I can write some SQL commands to update current channels in tv server SQL Table with new PID's - becouse renaminig, sorting and adding channels EPG from XML TV every time after rescan is very bad idea! I have 76 channels, it takes a lot of time to sort them and add a programm number!
