This is becuase I have installed and uninstalled so many time I forgot to run through the setup process before running the support application, hense the missing information. Verty sorry..I have run through the tuning process again and tried every option&nbsp; I have but still not getting any channels showing.. Please can you give me some help on this as I would love to see this software in action..</blockquote>
