Currently the first movie that was entered in the databased will be selected.. this has been fixed (r297 - moving-pictures - Google Code) in the next release.

how do you apply this fix? i've installed the latest version of moving pictures and it still does this... can anyone tell me how to fix it?

you are right, but i just made sure this will be in the 0.6.5 bugfix release that is coming.
