Fix for MCE blasters not working after resume from standby (1 Viewer)

I have created a patch for the MCE Tranceiver IRSS plugin that fixes the problem where the blaster does not work after resuming from standby (see https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/threads/yet-another-resume-from-standby-problem.58204/).

There hasn't been many comments on the forums about this problem for a while, so I assume either nobody uses their blasters or everyone is applying the workaround from the linked forum. I thought I would share the patch just in case .

I have tested the patch using IRSS 1.5.0.64 on Win 7 x64, but it should also work with @azzuro's unofficial 1.5.0.80 version.

To install:

1. Extract the dll contained in the attached zip file.
2. Stop the IR Server
3. Replace the existing dll in the C:\Program Files(x86)\IR Server Suite\Plugins\Microsoft MCE Tranceiver folder

Any problems, let me know otherwise if this works for other people, it would be good to get it included in the IR Server source.
