[Fixed]Streaming not working, unable to open (1 Viewer)

I have installed the latest version of webservices and somehow now i can't stream anymore. In mediaportal I can watch tv but using the webservices i can't. VLC gives me this error:

There are no firewalls enabled so it can't be that.

The tv server is running windows 7 x64
mysql is running on a seperate server (can it be this?)

Or was there a change made in 1.1.3?

Edit 2: Hmm rolled back to 1.1.2, didn't make a difference. I am about to pull my hair out, why the hell is he not starting te stream. I have checked the tv server status and it doesn't even start up for a second. Looks like something goes wrong on the webservices plugin.

Edit3: I can't even stream recorded tv so the problem is that webservices somehow doesn't communicate with the tv server. I have installed ipimp and ipimp can stream live tv :/. But with ipimp you can only stream compressed.

I have installed a local mysql server and now it works.
