When I am watch TV in fullscreen mode, I can see a fine flashing or flickering white line stretching across the top of the screen. Sometimes this line goes away, but eventually returns. It does not occur when watching videos, just when viewing TV. I am using the MPC-HC codec, but have also tried ffdshow and Coreavc and experience the same results.
Any idea how to get rid of this?
