Hi,

I've bought my self a second hand floppydtv because my Twinhan had weak reception. I use to had an Matrix Cam revolutions but this cam does not work in the floppydtv.
Is it possible to run my combination, floppydtv plus canal digitaal (Netherlands) plus an Alphacrypt light cam.
If not what would be recommended?

Thanks in advanced.

mantaraya,

The alphacrypt light CAM is compatible with Irdeto, Conax, CryptoWorks, BetaCrypt. As far as I could inform myself it is not compatible with Seca 1, 2, 3
Most probably an Aston Seca Cam 2.2 would solve your issue.
There is another forum entry from user Cryptos where a similar question is being treated, here

I use 2 canal digital smartcards in 2 aston Cam's in my two floppy DTV s2's. I found those the best. I tried several others..
Quite fast zapping and works stable.

Wijnand,

You just became somebody in this message.
Hope you don't mind that I linked the two questions from mantaraya and cryptos as they are lagely the same.
