Hey all

I have a problem with my floppydtv after long time witout any problems. Now ive got the error "module detached" so in the CI menu shows module module detached , everytime i tired to enter CI Menu, or software is trying to tune

is this a hardware error or software (Using last frimware and lastest driver to floppydtv?

EDIT: i have talk to support center at the digital everywhere Support, and they had the follow solution

At first please close the CommonInterface.exe with the right button on the icon CI on your taskbar. Also make sure, that the CommonInterface.exe are not writeing in autostart. After this normaly the CAM-menu work again and also the crypted channels.
Please let me know, if all working now.

EDIT-After test:
Please have a check with a stand alone Reseiver with this CAM modul to find out if this have one problem. I think it is possible that your CAM have a little defect. Let me know if you know more. Thanks.

I had a similar problem and the problem was the CAM. But since no FTA-channels worked either, it took some time before I suspected the CAM.

Got a new CAM first, but it did not solve the problem
I solved the problem, with a new Floppydtv, cause of error in the hardware.

MMvison just send me a new one
