Okay, that driver should be fine. You've only got one problem: you haven't installed any software encoder. A software encoder is needed to convert the analog signals from the tuner into digital signals that TV Server can use. You can read more information about that -->here<--. This thread might also be interesting for you. I recommend the ATI encoders since you are using MP 1.2.0b...

Note: your hybrid groups only need to include the DVB-T and analog tuners. The DVB-S tuners are not hybrid - you can use them at the same time as the DVB-T/analog tuner.

The driver version is 6.0.3.9 - just noticed that the card is named 3010ix within MP. hardwaremanager notices as 7010, wich it is.
Card is defined as hybridcard in MP (1 DVB-T, 1 DVB-S, 1 Analog in two same groups) DVB-T is working. DVB-S is obsolet as I have no sat-dish.
