Hey dudes,

I ran a bit of a forum search but nothing came up for "network folder images" in titles only and searching whole posts returned nothing concrete. So I figured someone else must have done what I'm after but nobody has had a problem working it out before.

I have only network shares under my videos and photos sections in MediaPortal and I wanted to change the icon that appears for them from the default network share one to the "folder.jpg" contained in the folders like a local share would use.

I'm thinking that this can be fixed by changing a skin setting, but not really sure where to look. I am using the TV server on a dedicated box (Core2 Duo, 3 clients) if it makes a difference.

Other than this small issue, MediaPortal is awesome. My whole family loves to use it :D

This has been a problem with MediaPortal for a while, it won't recognise folder.jpg in the root directory of a network drive. Several posters have pointed this out before but it's never been fixed. If you have several NAS drives it's quite annoying. It's a shame because otherwise it's a great piece of software.

Ive also recently tried to do the same, but have not found a workaround. Anyone else maybe that have a bright idea regarding this?
