I have tried searching the forums for an answer as I am sure it has already been answered but I am not sure what to search for...

Basically I have my setup connected via VGA at a screen res of 1366x768 to get 1:1 pixel mapping and all has been great. I have recently moved over to MP and installed the XFace skin which looks great. I am however getting the odd corruption and extra lines showing with fonts as in the attached pics.

Is this an easy fix, a problem with the skin or something else?

I had the same problem with Monochrome. Deleting that cache folder in Mediaportal fixed the issue.

Depending on whether you're using XP or Vista will change the directory where the cache folder lives.

If deleting the cache folder doesn't help, you might post what video card/drivers you're using. I think ATI cards can also produce an effect similar to that when using the new (I think?) catalyst drivers.

It is a Radeon 3650 using the new Catalyst 8.453 but noticed that 8.5 was released a couple of weeks ago. Any idea what version this started in?

Not sure whether it was clearing the cache or upgrading to latest drivers (as stupidly did both at same time) but problem now solved
