First post: Description of the change

In here I describe what my awesome new feature will do.
So that users get an idea what I am up to.

I also add an link to the branch on GitHub so that devs can get the code and try to help me directly. Maybe tell them a few techy details about requirements and stuff

Finally: the test build!

This can be a complete installer or just binaries a user applies to his installation.
i.e. if a change is well encapsulated and won't have any external dependencies. In that case you should always build the binaries against the latest stable release of MP (if possible). Make sure that you mention which MP version is required.
