Force Banner download (1 Viewer)

So, I wiped/reinstalled windows. Reinstalled everything for MP. My DB is remote, but thumbs are local. only 7 of my 65 series had banners download when i did an import. All thumbs imported fine however. If I do a 'force new online lookup' for a series, it grabs it, but then it resets my watched flags. How can I force MP to redownload all the banners?

I searched around and people have only said to delete the old banners, but there are none to delete.

    Normally banners should be downloaded automatically. If that doesn't work, then the import wizard should help you out, but from your post it seems that that ain't working either. You can try to raise the number of Artwork to be downloaded (Config -> Online Data tab -> Configure Artwork Download Limits button), but i would check your logs first to see what's going on.

    If with the above options it still doesn't work, then i'd suggest to attach the logs to your post.

    Watched Flags can be exported or synced with Trakt and/or Follw.it

    I did increment the artwork limit by 1 and do an import - no luck. Attached is the log from the import. You can see at the end, i go to a show to check it's banner, and a file is listed, but not found because it's not there.

    Could it be the paths to the thumbs changed when you re installed windows, ie went from XP to windows 7 or similar? so the DB is looking for exisiting ones in the wrong
    location?

    If you sync to trakt and or follw.it or export/import your watch flags via the plugin configuration for tvseries, you could refresh them all and not loose your watch flags when you force new online lookup since that seems to fix it for you.

    Actually, the problem is that are no thumbs at all. I could refresh each one, but it's tedious for 85 series. I'm just hoping or a way for it to force a check, see the file isn't there and re-download it.

    so you didnt backup the thumbs folder when you reinstalled,? but using an exisiting database?

    since you have the database on a network drive, do you have mediaportal on multiple machines?

    You could copy the thumbs directory from another machine to yours

    I dont know of any way to make it check, and since damien hasent replied there might not be,

    Yeah, it's a network database. I could copy over the thumbs from the other computer, but I wanted to solve the actual issue first. I guess I'll do that then.
