I assume that you are referring to the fact that the content area only "grows" to a certain size. Resize your horizontally to see the effect. I could remove that effect or make the maximum size bigger. Let me know if this is what you mean.

Exactly! Would be cool if it could grow as much as you change the window's size. Maybe you could try using a variable width (95% for content and the rest 5% will be the borders then) instead of a fixed content width of x pixel...

okay, I see ... but that still doesn't work for me.
I am using the "back" button of my browser (respectively "alt-arrow left") to go back to the list of threads. When doing so the icons are NOT reloaded. So I do not see which threads I visited.
In the standard skin (helius) the visited topics are a little little bit darker than the not visit ones. That is very helpful (eben though you must look very sharp). That function works also when going back as described.
Could you consider to give an other colours to the visited links?

there's a change in the Icon, it is getting smaller when you've read a topic.
doing the same thing that you're doing and it always works for me.
Look into your browser settings on how you handle cache.
Asuming that you're using MS IE and the German version, this is:
Extras -> Internetoptionen
On the "Allgemein" Tab in the "Temporäre Internetdateien" choose the button "Einstellungen".
The Radio Button for "Neuere Versionen der gespeicherten Seiten suchen:" should be on "Automatisch".
I asume it is on "Nie" or "Bei jedem Start von IE" for you, which is causing the page to be read from Cache and therefor it is not refreshed.
