I brought up the VMR FPS using shift-1 and found that it was recording 25 FPS. I have an old CRT TV that supports 50Hz and 60Hz with a max resolution of 1024x768 via S-Video.I am also using the dynamic refresh rate tool, as this worked very well to remove any stuttering for TV (PAL). When I turned this off, it didn't make any difference to the frame rates for the mkvs, so its not the refresh rate tool.Can anyone provide any clues?</blockquote>
