Hi,
SQL2005 that is automatically installed with 1.0.1 can not connect with the database because of the default [sa] account: specifically because of the default empty password => TV service can not be started !
Only after I downloaded 'Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio Express' and gave the [sa] account a real p/w everything worked OK
