I'm doing a fresh install of MP 1.2.3 onto a new hard drive in my computer under Windows 7 (so I can keep running the old configuration under XP till the new one is sorted out). A couple of issues I've noted are :
1 - Every time I shut down and restart mediaportal (eg to change the configuration) the screen settings (configured from mediaportal's Settings/screen setup options) reset to the (wrong) default values.
2 - This is a clean, brand new Win7 Pro installation. I installed OnlineVideos and SAF (the latest 6.0.9?) and under MP plugin configuration for online videos I tested all 5 (?) types of stream - all work flawlessly. However I can't stream any videos at all (various error messages like "No URL" or "could not connect to..." appear). Where's the best place to start looking for what's broken?
3 - I installed MPExtended and installed Ampdroid on my phone. Very occasionally it works as a remote control, otherwise it's non-functional.
Any thoughts on how to fix these?
