FrontRow emulation? (1 Viewer)

At first i was looking for an emulation of FrontRow, the apple media center interface.

I stumbled upon this website, but they've got very buggy softwares...

and certainly ot as complete as this awesome Media Portal

Now if someone could make a FrontRow-like interface That'd be awesome!!!

As a mac user, i like the theme, hopefully the skin will be revived.

You can bump that thread up with the same question, see if anybody bites. [EDIT...looks like you already did this part]

The other options is trying to pm archaos and see if he'll share the graphics he's done so far. Depending on how far he got, they can be used with the xml files from mce1280x720 or bluetwo1280x720...which looks like what he started doing anyway.

I don't have time to do a whole other skin from scratch, but i would help out with the tweaking the xml files. Depending how close the final product was to the two skins i mentioned above, i might even be able to keep them up to date.

I wish more people would release their "source" on the graphic files. By source I mean usually .PSD files that has the overlays. It would allow someone then to take (makes it MUCH easier) over when the original author decides to stop working on the skin.

Well i would not bother PMing him.
His post dates back to Oct 2004 and he has a total of...9 post, so he might not even be reading those forums after all...
Maybe he simply got a Mac
