MediaPortal Version: 0.2.3.0 RC3 + SVN rev 16558
I just tried the new option in 0.2.3 uninstall: remove all user settings.
Once finished I still have a lot of dll and other stuff in the MP base dir. Some of them cannot be deleted because in use (who is using them ??? ).
It would be fine to be asked for a reboot if this happens and to run once a process after the reboot to check that everything is really deleted.
