Full screen TV: "P" jumps to next channel (1 Viewer)

In full screen TV, pressing "P" jumps to the next channel. Is this intended behaviour?

I have assigned "P" to the play button on my remote, and it's a bit strange if you pause TV and then press play to continue, the channel is switched.

Running SVN from 2007-01-04.
