[fixed] Fullscreen/maximize mode cuts of interface (1 Viewer)

When maximizing MP2 or turning on fullscreen mode, interface gets much bigger and cut off. By increasing MP2 window i would expect that surface area is at least same size if not bigger. But definitely not smaller.

First image is windowed, second is maximized. I have resized them to same size for better representation.

We're currently working on that problem. The problem is that graphic resources are not correctly counted and thus the device reset doesn't work when you resize the window.
