So I got this remote control:

It works on windows for lots of stuff, it's pretty neat for the price. The buttons call for predefined keys and functions, much like a keyboard with multimedia and shortcut buttons. For example, the volume keys on the remote control the windows volume slider. Like those basic keyboards, it has no driver.

Now, in MP the functions are in other places. I got some timeshift stuff with the Arrow Down in my remote (it should be emulating arrow keys). And I want all the functionality to work as best as possible.

What's the best way to configure the key assignations for this remote? Can it be done with just MP or what software should I use?

I'd also need to configure it for Zoom Player, because that's my exterrnal player and I use that more than MP too (for now).
