Getting EPG to work in UK..... (1 Viewer)

For last couple of years, have had MP1 epg guide working pretty perfectly......using freesat info. radio channel as source of programme info.

So far....haven't found any reference to this method applied to MP2......should it work?

If any UK user could point me towards some working settings, I'd be very grateful!!

Very much hoping to avoid a return to XMLTV, as I found it awkward and time consuming to get it working in MP1

Not a direct answer to your question but I've been using EPG Collector (grab it from sourceforge) for both MP1 & my recent testing with MP2. I run it with a scheduled task, it grabs the EPG (7 days) from the dish and spits out an XMLTV file that I pick up with the XMLTV PlugIn.
