GForce visualizer (1 Viewer)

Just purchased the GForce visuaization program from Soundspectrum.

version 361 Gold for WMP

It does not seem to work with MediaPortal??

I had the trial version running just fine but after registering it and reinstalling I cannot get it to configure in MP setup and get an error.

I redownloaded the trial version, reinstalled it, and it works... go figure.

I contacted Soundspectrum support and they said they had no fix for it and could offer no support for MediaPortal... (real cool, eh? after spending $20.00)

I have left another message for their support asking to try another version (maybe the WinAmp one will work with MP??, or even an older version that did work.....)

Any input on this, or options I haven't thought of yet?

As far as I remember, Gforce Platinum is the only version that works with MP.
There was a coupon code for a free upgrade to Platinum for MP users.

I can't remember the code now, but may be worth running this by the Gforce people...

Just to confirm G-Force platinum works with MP using svn 13747.

Unable to find the link for the discounted version for you, sorry.

Hopefully someone will point you in the right direction.

Generally the guys at spectrum are very helpfull and may sort something out for you.

Thanks for confirmation and the heads-up that GForce Platinum works with
MediaPortal!

I paid for the upgrade, installed and then sat back and enjoyed some fine tunes and the show....

The support staff at Soundspectrum replied to one of my support emails that led me in the Platinum direction also.

I didn't find the coupon or code for the discounted upgrade but they refunded the money I paid for the upgrade for my trouble.
