The PC is an HP dx5150mt which has an AMD processor and a GB of ram.I did go through a guide that walked me through &quot;upscaling&quot; the image using ffdshow as a post processor for MP.&nbsp; That seemed to help a little bit, but it didn't take away the problem.&nbsp; I just am not versed enough in this stuff to know where to begin.&nbsp; I would imagine it is a codec issue, but I'm not sure.&nbsp; I will be happy to provide any further information needed.I did get the audio all worked out.&nbsp; The system has an Audigy 2 value of which I purchased the Digital I/O dongle and feed the optical signal into my Marantz HT receiver.&nbsp; I am still puzzled why I only get 5.1 and not the 6th channel but that is not as important right now as the picture.Any help would be appreciated!Thanks,Rich</blockquote>
