green media button not launching mediaportal

My problem is that the green media center button does not work. I have gone to the config under third party checks and disabled the windows media center services and checked the box for mptray to start automatically. Mp tray is running but whenever I press the green media button I get a message saying that windows cant open media center due to a group policy setting. It looks like windows is doing what it's supposed to do but what do I need to do to get mediaportal started using the green button?</p><p></p><p>I've searched the forums but haven't found any other similar posts.</p><p></p><p>Thanks for your help.</p></blockquote><p></p>
