I understand the points you put forward but why do earlier versions of SVN and final releases NOT suffer from the same symptoms.

Specifically SVN 15757

I was only referring to degraded performance after resume using nvidia graphic cards. This has been reproduced by several team members.

For your problem it might be helpful if you find out the exact revision where the fps-issue was introduced. Are you familar with SVN?

This is still a problem with latest SVN's.

Scroll FPS can't be raised above 60 FPS (it actualy shows 57/58 FPS even when set above 60 FPS )

Playing back any 50 FPS material including TS, MPEG ,DVR-MS and DVD and MP can't lock on with FPS fluctuating around 45/47.

The last SVN that did not have this problem is all the way back to 15757.

24,25,29,30 FPS material does not have this problem
