GUI Setting Pin Reset. (1 Viewer)

Hi all,

I seem to have installed a PIN for the GUI Settings menu, but now can't remember it. I'm locked out of settings and cannot find the option anywhere to reset the PIN. Any help would be appreciated. Using MP 1.7 and StreamedMP.

Hi,

open the c:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\MediaPortal.xml in the notepad.
find the
<section name="mpsettings">
<entry name="pin"></entry>
</section>
and delete it.
