Dear All,

I don't know how to describe the issue in a simplier way than posting a short video that I took...please take a look to the attachment. Such visualization issue happens only when I don't use the GUI for some times (i.e. not navigation in the GUI keeping the same "fixed image "on the TV screen for a while...); as soon as I made some operation (e.g. go back to the prevouis page, change album, etc.) the issue disappear...and reappear again after a while if I don't do nothing,

I'm actually looking for someone that may have experienced the same issue or may have any idea about what the issue could due to...If need I will provide logs while I will be back home.

Thanks in advance!

    Looks weird ;)
Please post full debug logs after reproducing the problem with the WatchDog (choice option 1)

Like our friend of us said : :)
Maybe when MP UI rendering enters the low fps mode and then the viz rendering has issues with it (need tweak/fix current design)

Thanks guys for your answers! I'm actually out-of-home for another 10 days, but the first thing I will do while back, will be to post the logs to help you understanding the possible cause of the issue.

Do you have any idea why this issue does not happen on every pc?

Got the screensaver (MP Config > GUI > Screensaver) enabled and checked the box 'Reduce Framerate'?
If so, set that to 'Blank the screen' and test again ;)

    Hi guys!

I've just checked the screensaver settings: yes, it is enabled after 300 sec (5 minutes), the exact time at which the issue is happening. The strange thing is that none of the related option is selected (I didn't touch that part wrt the default settings of MediaPortal). Anyway, as suggested, I selected "Blank the screen" and of course the issue doesn't appear anymore! Thanks for the help!

May be just for the next release: put a tick to the option that is selected by defalut (I think is "Reduce framerate").

    Cheers,

    Alex
