Guide black screen (1 Viewer)

I'm running 1.16 and have been using the guide with schedules direct for a long time, for some reason now when I select the guide there's nothing but a black screen. The channels work but the guide does not even show up at all...nothing just a black screen. I have two media portal boxes at different locations, identical hardware and identical software and one works fine while the others guide is just a black screen. I've forced a update of the guide and restarted the tvserver service and even rebooted. Any ideas?

    Hello and welcome to the forum Neal

    This is one of those problems where people are going to need access to log files in order to be able to assist you.
    To that end, please could you use the supplied Watchdog tool with option 1 to reproduce the problem and collect log files.
    In other words, on the problem system:
    1. Close MP and MP Config.
    2. Start the Watchdog tool.
    3. Select option 1 ("report a bug...").
    4. Click "proceed".
    5. Try to navigate to the guide several times.
    6. Close MP and follow the Watchdog prompts to save the log files into a zip file.
    7. Attach ("upload a file") the zip file produced by the Watchdog to your next reply.
