Hi, I had this problem with 0.2.3 as well. Just did a clean install of 1.0 RC1 and the latest snapshot, but it still crashes.

I can tune to any HD channel (e.g. LuxeTV-HD) and it will run for a very short moment (half a second or so) and then this picture freezes. If I tune to a different channel fast enough, MediaPortal won't crash, but keeping the frozen channel on will crash it.

I am using EVR as renderer and CoreAVC as h264 codec.
Looking through the logfiles, the only thing I could find that looks like an error was this line in the TsReader.log:

    [990]aud:fillbuffer exception ...

    Any Help would be appeciated.

I have the same issue. Using VMR9 in stead of EVR makes HDTV working again. EVR is still mentioned as experimental in mpsetup, so I guess it won't be fixed until MP1 is released

    OK thx, that works!
But, how do I get rid of the screen flickering with vmr9 when not in full screen mode?
