In Mediaportal, when using the DSHOW internal player, half the MP3's do not work.
Mediaportal reports 'cannot play' and skips the track.
I cannot use BASS player because it gives me distortion on my receiver (when lowering DB also)
The MP3's do work in Windows XP, when opening with any given program.
Differences between the working and non-working MP3's are hard to spot, but i think 'padding' is one of them.
Graphedit cannot render the MP3's which do not work in Mediaportal, so this tells me nothing.
I'm clueless, but maybe you guys know the solution.
Running Mediaportal 1.1.0 RC2 on Windows XP SP3, with SAF 4.00 installed.
