Hangs at loading plugins. I believe screencontrol to be the cause (1 Viewer)

Yesterday everything worked fine. I thought i messed up the keybindings so i reinstalled Media Portal today now if i have screencontrol installed it will not load. My PC locks up at loading plugins for a few seconds then i can move the mouse but Media Portal does not load any further. If i disable screen control it works as intended.

same prob here without screen control (btw what is it?)
It only happens randomly
I can close MP with Alt+F4 and restart it
