I've decided to establish a dedicated tv server - any advice Re: minimum hareware to run the server on XP would be appreciated...

min CPU
min RAM
also recommendations Re: USB DVB-t stick...

Any thoughts Re: bandwidth to stream recorded tv over are wellcome... (currently using HomePlug 200 - streams approx. 30-40 MB/s in my house)
