Hauppauge IR Blaster plugin (1 Viewer)

After installing the RC1 for metiportal tv server and client I find that the old Hauppauge IR Blaster plugin for MP will not send any signals to the STB, It's still listed in Mediportal Config/plugins, but it's not in the TV server plugins. Is there an update for this plugin and if not, is there an option I can use to get the ir blaster built into my Hauppauge card coltrolled by MP?
