Hauppauge nova-t 90002 - Unable to create graph (1 Viewer)

Hi, I've this problem that's driving me crazy:
In graphedit i can see my device id listed as "ven_14f1&dev_8802&subsys_90020070&rev_05"

in my CaptureCardDefinitions.xml is listed as ven_14f1&dev_8802&subsys_90020070&rev_05

as you can see the only differences are "8800" instead of "8802" and "amp;" so the point is: if I leave device id as "8802" i can found my device correctly under "Capture Cards" menù but it give me a "Unable to create graph..." error, if i change to system id, the card cannot be found...
I tried also to specify "videncoder" field with "InterVideo Video Encoder" audio & muxer in CaptureCardDefinitions.xml as leaving with variables but the error still persist

I'm using:
- last Hauppage Drivers (card works under wintv2k)
- Windows Xp SP2 (with latest HotFix)
- An Ati 8500 (i checked also with a DX9 video card with same results)
- MediaPortal 0.2.2 final
- InterVideoPVR 3.x

Got a space between a mp in amp, i take it this was cut and paste, only thing i can see.

nope...every value has "amp;" in capturecarddefinitions.xml .
anyway i can't understand how to fill this value "DVBGraphBDA: no moniker found for filter:%videoencoder%"
it says that i need a video encoder!!! :-\

All codecs are both encoders and decoders, so the one supplied MPV and Gabest which are provided can be used, or commercial products such as Cyberlink, Nvidia etc. can be used.

Moniker is the name of the card, so that is wrong, go to device manager, find your card and use the properties box to find the actual hardware ID of the card.
