I did have a 5 second normal running this time before the stuttering started

remember anonymous cvs usually is several hours behind

I've try doing an anonymous checkout and you're right... your fix is not in. (I don't know where it is, I do my own compile and test)
I hope that the publish 18:58 cvs compile on myshare.de will include it.

Compile CVS is not yet release, but source file are :lol:
So I do my own compile. The result is that now the parameter is lock on 25 Mb in place of 50. With this, the TV now is near ok, but still suffer of stuttering , really really less than before, but really still not ok.

goto quality tab

change the bitrates (for high) to 768/4000
