Message: <blockquote data-quote="poppabk" data-source="post: 371393" data-attributes="member: 54649"><p>I had a problem with my remote dying from time to time, which I finally figured out was due to my having accidentally set up a few channels as having EPG data.  It seems that TVServer would try and tune these channels and grab guide data that didn't exist over and over again and the TV card would eventually shutdown, taking the remote control with it, seeing as Hauppauge were nice enough to make the remote directly connect to the card.  You might want to check your logs for the TV server and see if anything looks strange.</p></blockquote><p></p>
