Hi Kra

I think there is a problem with the analogue part of the HVR-3000 and HVR-4000 cards in MediaPortal at the moment as it uses software based encoding and not hardware based.

I got DVB-S2 working with the HVR-4000, but I only found Premiere HD, Discovery HD and Astra+. But I found no channels on 12721 MHz like Pro7 HD or SAT.1 HD. Maybe it will really work with a new driver from Hauppauge. I have the driver cd34a.

dman, yes I read that dvb-s2 wasn't working, so I guess there was no point in me confirming it.

But on the frontpage it says full support for hvr4000, so I had hopes that would include the analog part aswell.

    I have Hvr-4000 but it wont change LNB. I have a standard Diseq 1.0 / 1.1 with two LNB's.

I have the same problem in MP, progvbd and DVBViewer.

I have tried with the original drivers, and with the cd_mce_3_1g.exe

    Anybody else with this problem?

Is this sorted out now with 3.1h (October 2007) drivers or not ?
