Hello,
well, today I set up my new Logitech Harmony 525 remote and so far the basic functions of MediaPortal works good. I integrated the remote by using the "WinLirc Receive"-Plugin. Beforce you ask, I have a simple IR receiver which ist connected to the Power Button of the PC case to start the PC bei a simple IR command. And I'd like to use this receiver, because it's already integrated in the front of the HTPC.
Actually, I'd like to switch directly to the main modules, e.g. Start-Screen, TV, Music, Pictures, VDR (EPG) and Radio. With the X10 (Medion) I used before it was no problem, there were special keys at the remotes top. If it would be possible to integrate this feature under General -> Keys and Sounds, the WinLirc Plugin could use it without any problems.
(I know, that there's the plugin MyKeys, but it's not possible to combine it with the WinLIRC Plugin.)
Besides that, with the X10 I had the opportunity to use the nummerical keys also as alphabetic keys (e.g. in long lists of music files). Can I set up this feature with the WinLirc Receiver Plugin?
