All of my files are on my external hdd, so that's where I import from. I ran a manual import, because most of the file names were just nonsense and couldn't' be parsed properly. After all that effort, 75+ series identified, fanart downloaded and all that, only a few show up in MP (the view is on ALL) and some have episodes missing.
When I reopen the config, I noticed that all the series were in grey, except for the ones I recently added. I tried adding all the individual folders to the import list, as opposed to just the hdd, and while more series appeared in MP, so did all the individual files. I'm guessing this is because the parsing is messed up, but I already manually parsed all the files and yet they still don't show up. I would hate to have to do it again because it was really painstaking.
I took a user's advice from here and selected show all files even when offline and all the series showed up and I thought I was golden. Then when I tried to open them, they were all red and unplayable. I messed around with the imports a bit more, and it got all messed up again. PLEASE HELP!
