With the log files, and my detailed explanation as to what steps I did that created the log files, the developer or anybody else willing to help can now exactly see why something that works fine for everybody else is causing a problem for me. Without it, all they can ask for is for more information. Could it be they ignore me, because they prefer to focus on the problems they can solve faster by having access to the information they need to solve it in the first place?It speeds things up if you approach it with logic.Try it.</blockquote>
