Having issues with the configuration tool. (1 Viewer)

I am having issues with the configuration tool. It is throwing a error stating that the assembly (MovingPictures.dll) is built by a runtime newer than currently loaded one. I have 4.5.1 installed on my machine, it is also x86.

MovingPictures.dll is 1.7.2.1582 and the previous version I had was working fine, I did a upgrade to 1.7.1 tonight along with all the plugins and this one is the only one with issues. Tried reinstalling, rebooting etc.

Third time lucky... I also found out the uninstall did not delete all the moving pictures files so I deleted them myself.

can i please have more details on which files to delete - i am getting the same issue as sytone...

In the MediaPortal folder remove the movingpicturesconfig.exe and then in plugins/windows remove the moving pictures dll

It's a bit bizarre that your old files persisted and were not updated...I will look into it, if I can't find a cause I might look into adding a step to remove them explicitly on uninstall.
