HBO? (2 Viewers)

Best I can tell from reading around in here, if we have a subscription to HBO, we just simply can not watch it with MediaPortal?

I have Directv and 2 Colossus cards, and of course the DRM makes the channel flip on and off

Is there a workaround, or just no dice?

It depends on how you're trying to do it and who is providing your HBO.

I'm surprised you get anything at all with a Colossus - they don't accept HDCP protected inputs.

Is there a workaround, or just no dice?

Sure. With a Colossus, use the HDMI input and use something like HDFury (google) to strip the HDCP.
Alternatively if you have to use analog connections (component, s-video or composite) and are having problems with macrovision, I'm sure there would be a way to remove that to.
It is not cheap... but it is possible.

all I have (right now) is 2 Collossus cards hooked to 2 DirecTV HD STB's via HDMI
