HCWHelper Error Upon MP Exit (1 Viewer)

Memory: 2GB
Motherboard: Asus P5B Deluxe
Motherboard Chipset:
Motherboard Bios: Latest Revision
Video Card: ATI Radeon X1900XT
Video Card Driver: Latest Revision
Sound Card: M-Audio
1. TV Card: Hauppauge Nova-T 500
1. TV Card Type: Dual Tuner
1. TV Card Driver: Hauppauge 2.5E

I receive the following error when I exit MP, this happens whether I exit using File > Exit, Exit by right clicking on the taskbar, or select the X in the right hand corner of MP.

Is this a known issue or specific to me?
